Hi.  Sorry if this is a stupid question.  I ask them a lot.

I have a recipe that calls for chocolate.  Not chocolate malt.  Chocolate.
I can't figure out how to enter this in Beersmith.

Am I missing something, or is this not possible?

Hi,
  I personally would add it as an adjunct.  Chocolate is used primarily for flavoring, and not a huge contributor to OG in most cases.

Thank-you.  I had assumed that it did affect OG, and as such should go with the other sugars.
