Downloading updates

I know this sounds like a simple thing to do, but I have been trying to download the new update via the update feature in the software. Is there another way to do this? Or do I need to download it from the update site and providing a key?

  Which version and build were you trying to upgrade from? (see Help About)  In most cases this should be possible using the upgrade command, but its possible I missed an old build when I tried to update all of the files.

  Thanks - sure enough I managed to miss updating that particular build in the update tree.

  I am correcting it now just in case...

  You can try again now, or alternately you can just download the new version from our main download page and install it using the upgrade instructions there.
