Hi,
If I want to set up a mash template with a 65 degree mash temperature how do I do this?
If I want to set up a mash template with a 65 degree mash temperature how do I do this?

The best way is to copy and modify one of the existing templates.
For example:
- Go to the "Mash Profiles" view
- Select "Single Infusion Light Body" mash profile (or another that is close to what you want).
- Select "Copy" from the Edit menu, and then select "Paste" to create a duplicate of it.
- Now Edit your new profile by double clicking on it...
- Give the new profile a unique name so you can differentiate it from the others - like "My mash - 65 C"
- Edit the main mash in step by double clicking on it.
- Set the step temperature to 65 C
- Save everything by pressing OK a few times...
You now have a new mash profile with a 65C step.
