I brewed an India Pale Lager 3 weeks ago. Fermentation was nuts! Bubbled away for quite a while.
Anyways, my question is this, can I boil up 1/4 lb of corn sugar, add it to the fermenter and bring it inside for the D rest? I planned on adding half pound to the recipe but i ended up getting little better efficiency than I was expecting, so 1/4lb will get me to the OG I was expecting (with the sugar at 1/2 lb)

Thanks!

Yes, you can.  With lagers that primary above 48F, I let the temperature glide up to 64 on day 5 of primary, to day 7. Then start ramping down to lager.
