I first brewed around 20 years ago. I started off all grain, and have never done anything else. I started wth a small pot in the kitchen, and did a BIAB concentrate method. I have brewed with friends since, and just got myself nice equipment for 5-10 gallon batches and kegging. I just brewed solo today for the first time in ~4 years. I guess I will ask a mix of very basic questions, and maybe some more advanced ones since I am experienced, but rusty, and certainly not overly advanced.
