Hi All,
Here in South East London the biggest seller is Nigerian Guinness Foreign Extra. It is strong (7.5%), sweet, bitter and leaves less of a hangover than weaker beers. Its all we drink and love and its caps are all over the streets. Each one is slightly different, but the satisfaction of getting a good one is a moment to savour.
Therefore, i MUST clone in it !!!! Hahahaaaaa
I know it contains wheat, barley and sorghum (from the back of the bottle). But does anyone have either a good all grain clone recipe or an accurate pallette (sp?) to point me in the right direction.
I have never used sorghum and i dont think it completley eliminates barley. Which dark malts, yeasts, hops and general ingrediaent proportioms make it up?
Many thanks in advance.
Danny
