Just wanted to Introduce myself...well I live in Brookfield, IL but work in the city. I have several Mr. Beer batches under my belt and now I ready for something more. I have a cellar in the basement. Just picked up a 6.5 Gal bucket and a 5 gal Carboy. Have a 3.3 lbs Dark and Weizen malt extract each and a 6.6 lbs of Gold malt extract from Northwestern Extract Company. I'm here to learn and for receipts. To meet other like mind people and hopefully to give back.
