printing out recipe

Im having trouble printing out my brew steps,i click on brew steps then try to print and the print preview page is blank,im not a real knowledgeable computer person,is there an update i missed or something? any help would be appreciated,cheers!

  The most likely cause is a problem with your internet explorer.  BeerSmith uses IE (or Safari) as a plugin for printing/previewing and a lot of people get various types of plugins, spamware, adware, etc...that install into Internet Explorer that can cause printing issues.

  So step one would be to check IE and make sure it is clean (free from junkware/spam/bad plugins) and you can print from it.
