Other than slamming together a few kits in college +/- 15 years ago, I'm pretty much a newbie to the hobby and excited to be part of the community. I recently got the itch to try it again (hopefully with better results this time) and just put my first batch in the fermenter yesterday morning...
I stumbled on this forum earlier this evening and was amazed to find a very lengthy dialogue between both beginners and veterans related to my exact question - not to mention the discussion was both helpful, encouraging, and just posted/answered a week ago! I'm excited to be here and looking forward to pouring my very own homebrew in about 30 days!
