After many years of enjoying micro/craft brews, I now have the itch to brew my own beer.
Procured a Brewers Best starter kit and a 40 quart brew kettle from a local Brew supply store. Also made my own 50 foot wort chiller from 3/8 copper tubing. Time to get brewing and enjoying the fruits of my labor.
My first batch will be an Irish Red Ale for St. Patty's Day.
