Brewed extract with grains for 17 years then in May of 2014 made the move to BIAB and I am loving it!
I have always been and still am a small batch (3gallons) brewer. My yield is 30 bottles which at a bottle day takes me through a month, so I am brewing a different beer each month. A small chest freezer with temp. controller allows me to crash chill ales and to ferment and lager lagers. Since making the move to BIAB I have done a Dales Pale ale, BellsTwo Hearted, Cranberry Saison, Left Hand milk stout, Belgian Dubbel. All have turned out great and I am very happy I made the move to BIAB.
