Finally received a whole 5 gallon brewing set up for Christmas and made the plunge into my first brew yesterday. Brewed up a Milky Way Milk Stout, into the fermentation bucket around 10pm last night. Original Gravity reading was a bit high (1.073), but not overly concerned. Came home at 5pm tonight and was happy to see some bubbling in my airlock! Next up, a Raspberry Wheat using fresh raspberries
