I'm just getting my head around the beersmith software and have a question about choosing the right mash profile for my equipment.
I use a 32L Thermos cool box with a homemade manifold. I normally fill it with 18L of water and add the grain allowing it to steep for 60 mins and then sparge until I have approximately 33L of wort to boil. My question is: What profile should I enter? Single Infusion, Full Body, Batch Sparge? OR any other. Appreciate the help.
