Since it's a proprietary blend of WLP 001 and 002, with a higher percentage of 001, I'd start by just copying the WLP 001 numbers. In blended strains, the attenuation tends to follow the more attenuative strain.
For flavor I'd note the hop accent of 001 and the ester profile of 002, since each strain has unique flavor features that aren't cancelled out by the other.
In other words, whatever are the strongest features of each strain should be what come through.
