Hi from Auckland New Zealand.
Ive been distilling rum and Gin for a few years (its legal in our country). I drink lots of beer too so thought I should have a go at this beer brewing. It is just like cooking a 5 star meal, infinite variations and flavours AND far more complex than I ever imagined. I can't get enough now that I have started. I initially brewed from kits while I researched and built my HERMs setup. It only brews 25 litre batches but for a single person that is sufficient. Looking forward to the advice and sharing of knowledge on this site
Cheers
