2- this request has been previously posted
I was emailed a great spreadsheet from one of the other members in my brewclub which calculates mash and sparge Ph based on your grain bill. The spreadsheet also allows for salt, gypsum, Epsom salt and Calcium Chloride additions to the water and then calculates the result effect on Ph and perceived bitterness or matiness In then finished beer.
Would be great if this was an option in BS
