How to delete all ingredients ?

Hi
I like to delete all the ingredients (all at once) and not one by one.

I just purchased the mobil version, use it on an iPad,..... 
I just have a few indredients in my stock and i do not want to scroll throu all the ingredients that came with the installation.  So i started to delete the ingredients one by one,aaaaah , but the must be a simplier way to do this, and to delete ALL, just like resetting all to zero.  :-\

  Unfortunately on the mobile version I don't have a method to delete them all at once.  You can do it on the desktop but not the mobile.

  I will look at adding this in the future.
