Winesmith/Meadsmith/Cidersmith?

I am currently use Beersmith to track all of my fermentation efforts as it has a lot of tools that are useful, but I find it somewhat limited for non-beer fermentates.  I was wondering if you might be able to expand it to better cover the other fermentables.  I saw a previous thread asking for more details on what is missing and I could certainly add suggest components and reach out to my fellow vintners for additional features.  Primarily it would be useful to have a sulfite calculator more options for style and ingredients, but I can provide more information of additional features if you are interested.
