Configuring my equip.

I want to configure my equipment. I use a 15 1/2 gal converted keg as a kettle and a 48 qt cooler as mash tun, I batch sparge. I do not see a setup like that on the equipment list. Is there an equivelant or does it matter?

  Yes it does matter - your equipment can have a significant impact on your overall estimates.

Yes,
That might be a good starting point, but you can easily modify the equipment profile to match yours.  Just go to the Equipment database, copy the one closest to yours and modify it to match your mash tun and boiler settings.
