Hello good people! I have just finished an Irish Red Ale, my first batch on my new second generation Brewster from Brewolution. Previously I have tested out a couple of all grains in BIB systems and mash and boil in one systems. Now I look forward to tap into the knowledge of you BeerSmiths and share back what I learn.

Always nice to have some brewing company in Oslo. Brewed an Irish Red myself a couple of weeks ago with the same equipment you have. My latest brew, a Tripel, is in the secondary at the moment and works fine. My next brew will be a Belgian Wit.
