I just opened the first bottle of this tonight. It needs to have another week to finish carbonating but patients is not my best virtue. It is already way good! One week from tonight I'll try it again.

I intended to use 2 oz of Brewers Gold but one of the packages had a hole in it and the hops smelled stale and dank so I substituted a Falconer's Flight 7Cs that I had on hand and adjusted the boil schedule to get the IBUs in the 53 neighborhood.
