Hello Home Brewers,
I am Dan from Melbourne, FL and I am new on this forum. A few months ago my wife suggested that I take up a hobby, like home brewing beer. To which I replied, "Well, if you insist." So I am currently fermenting my second batch and consuming my first batch. My set-up is for 5gal extract brewing due to the rules against possessing or using propane at the apartment complex where I live. No way I could boil 6.5 gallons on my kitchen stove.
