Getting recipes into BeerSmith

Hi all, wondering if I could grab a hand. I've found a clone recipe I'd love to make which produces a batch of 5 gal (no equipment specs given). My equipment produces 6 gal (incidentally, it's a Grainfather). How should I get the recipe into BeerSmith? This is what I've tried so far: I've created a new recipe based on an 'ideal' 5 gal setup (pot and cooler with no dead space), then I add the ingredients as per the recipe, then convert it to my 6 gal equipment profile. Is this reasonable, or is there a better way?

Thanks heaps!

I believe there is a scaling function (button in the upper-left corner) in BS2 that will do this for you. Enter the recipe as a 5-gallon batch size, then scale it up to a 6-gallon batch size. This should keep the grain bill and hop additions in line for your larger batch. Don't forget to readjust your equipment set-up to account for losses after scaling. I think BS2 reminds you of this as well.
