hey all. I am going on my 5th year brewing and have decided that I want to try all grain brewing. I am from winnipeg manitoba. Im not sure what all else to say right now but im sure I will get to know all of you on the forum.

And welcome to you.  I am from Wisconsin and like yourself new to all grain.  Wait...new to brewing all together that is.
