I recently brewed batch of Grapefruit IPA which turned out pretty good. My question is in regards to my addition of the grapefruit zest to the brew. I added the zest from two grapefruits at 10 minutes left in the boil and the zest from two more grapefruits to the secondary fermenter for 7 days. Are there any changes I should consider the next time I make this recipe? Thanks.
