Hello! I've been brewing for about 13 years, all-grain for about 8. I started brewing when I lived in Chico, CA. How can you not brew when you live in the same town as Sierra Nevada? After leaving Chico I was in Sacramento where I was pretty active with the Gold Country Brewers Association.
I've been using Beersmith for about a year and a half. I love it. my brewing is so much more consistent now, I can hit my mash temp and volumes every time now.
Over the last few years, I have only been brewing about 4 batches a year. I have 2 small kids so, I don't have the time or money to do all the brewing I want to.
