Hello From Germany

Greetings from Germany! I'm an American stationed over here with the US Army. Love German bier, but looking for some variety...so getting into home brewing! I dove straight into All Grain, skipped the extract. I had a Mr. Beer kit about 20 years ago when they first came out...had VERY bad results and didn't make it past 1 batch. LOL. I've now done 2 batches of All Grain on my cobbled together setup and I think I'm having better results (haven't tried my first beer yet, it just hit 2 weeks in the bottle today, so gonna try tonight!)
