finally taking the plunge into all grain

Greetings from West Palm Beach. Been brewing for 5 years now, and have been spending the past several months now assembling and fabricating my first all grain system. Got a pair of 25 gal stainless kettles and added the various parts to create my HLT and the boil kettel, along with a 10 gal cooler I'll be using for my MT. It's going to be a work in progress, as I'll be brewing with propane at first, and then a little later I'll convert them over to electric, and maybe upgrade the mash tun too.
