I think it would be much easier to find the fields that you want to display in the Design step if the word order were streamlined and there was some consistency in the terms used.
For example:
Current Format
Est Final Gravity
Measured FG
In the list when you hit Select Fields the fields appear alphabetically so Est Final Gravity comes under E and then way down in the list you find Measured FG.
Proposed Format
FG Estimated
FG Measured
This also has the result that your measured FG will be recorded next to your estimated FG in the fields list.
