Olive Oil Instead of Aeration for Beer Brewing

Cheers,

I'm very interested in trying this.  My concern or question is the ratio.  I'm doing a 2.5 gallon batch that calls for 107 billion yeast count.  I'm going to slightly over pitch and just use the entire packet (137B).  So if I use the suggested ratio of 1mg/25B that would put me at approx. 5 mg.  How is that much olive oil going to affect a small batch?
