Hello, I have been brewing extract for years and just made the leap to all grain, we sort of, I am using the BIAB method and have had some pretty good success so far. I am going to be cooking up my 5th batch this weekend, a toasted coconut Brown Ale. I belong to a homebrew club called Bootheel United Zymurgist (B.U.Z.). I currently use BeerSmith for all my brewing needs and am very happy with it.
