I'm new to the software, and I believe I set up my equipment and mash profiles correctly.
The engineer in me wants to verify the software numbers by using my setup a past brew from my log to verify volumes, temps, etc.
It appears Beersmith is reporting the water volume needed at Strike temp (as this matches the volume of my previous calculator), not what water volume I need to add to the pot before heating up?
Is there a way for water volumes needed to be calculated at 68*F, and not Strike temp?
