Hello, folks. I'm Antonio Orselli from Santos, Brazil. I'm a lawyer and computer programmer. I study music, foreign languages and love to make my own beer. It's been three years since I started brewing and every new batch is a new fun. I also like to build my own gadgets. As of now I brew 20L batches using a very simple equipment like BIAB, i.e. a basket in a kettle the wort, recirculation, boil and chill. It works with the help from an arduino temperature controller.
