Has anyone tried brewing beer with Distillers Yeast also called Whiskey Yeast?  I see it sold in 500g packages much cheaper than common styles of Brewers Yeast?  Other Forums skit the topic for use in Big Beers but no solid info or comments!


Has anyone experimented with either normal or high gravity beers??
