I some what understand how to use the water profile tool on beersmith. as an example, If I live in Los Angeles and I input that for my base, what would I enter if I wanted to make a crisp IPA, or if I wanted to make an Imperial Stout?
I can't figure out how to create a target "style" instead of a target profile.
