Planning a 20hl American Wheat with Warrior bittering this Wednesday and would like to make the additions of Thyme for ten minutes in the boil and then pulped sundried goji berries (soaked with campden 24hrs) after the primary for a few days then lager on them for 14 days before bottling.
Just sort of wondering about quantities on the goji and even the thyme. Any suggestions?
