My Introduction

I am osprey53 and have been brewing for over 10 years. Recently found out that I have to eliminate gluten from my diet. Unfortunately for me barley and wheat, which means beer as well. I have been researching gluten free beers and have found out that using sorghum malt I can make gluten free beers. Hoping to find others who have gluten free recipes and are willing to share them with me. Like IPA's, Pale Ales, Bock, and Stouts.

Welcome!  I haven't yet made a gluten free beer,  but I have an alternative for you.  White Labs makes a product called Clarity Ferm. It advertises to "Prevent chill haze & produces gluten reduced beer."  The package continues "The majority of beers test below 10ppm gluten when used in correct dosage."
