Switching Computers - Backup Everything

I'm switching PCs this coming week.  How do I take everything I have in Brewsmith and back it all up in one fell swoop?
 
Hi,
  The quickest way would be to make a complete backup of the C:\Program Files\BeerSmith directory and put it on your new computer.
