Greetings all, i've been away from brewing for around 20+ years.  but i've seen the light and i'm back.  I have a sort of Bathem bitter on at the moment

4.5kg marris otter
200g  oats
Hops
18g Northdown 60 mins
36g WGV          60mins
10.6g East kent 15mins
yeast Mangrovejack M07

mash 66c
sparge 70c
Post boil OG 1053
Expected FG???? anyone hazard a guess took a hydrometer sample and its reading 1010.

Ferment at 19c (in the brewfridge)
Pitched on 5 Feb so six days and still going
