Can't find On the title bar for the preview window pane the drop-down box

On the title bar for the preview window pane is a drop-down box that shows the currently selected report format and lets you choose other report formats...I can't find this anywhere.  I just want to make a copy of a recipe to put on my website at www.winning-homebrew.com.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
