Adding a price for water?

Is there any way to set a price for water? I buy RO water for brewing, which adds a couple dollars each brew.  In the main recipe window the water lists a cost of $0.00, but there's no field to add a cost when editing the item.

Add 'water' as a misc item with the price per gallon.  You can then add it to a recipe and change the amount to the total gallons used for the recipe.
