Is there any way we can customise the brewsheet you print out so you can add fields during the brewday?
I would like to add fields like the batch number of the ingredients I used, the measured ph, the measured mash and fermentation temperatures.

The reports are in .html format.  If you can edit an html file then you can go to /BeerSmith2/Reports/ and find the report that you want to change, edit it, and save it.  I would make a copy of the base report first somewhere else, just in case.

BS allows you to customize many different reports or create you own.  You can find all the information you need by going to the Help menu and type in "Custom Reports".
