I have brewed a Belgian gold High gravity beer. In the recipe it say add same strain of yeast 3 days before bottling.
This is to re-ferment in bottle. My question is do I use priming sugar when bottling? I don't want the beer to be flat or explode. Does anyone have experience with this?
This is a Delirium Tremens clone.

Thank you
