Hello All,
I have been lucky to enjoy micro-brewed beers for several years in Michigan. Having the Witch's Hat Brewery in South Lyon generate great enthusiasm in learning more about beer, including the ingredients and how it's made. So when a local brew supply shot opened, Scrooge & Barley, I jumped right in.
So far, I've made one batch of wine, Merlot, two extract-kits, and two full-grain, batches of beer.
