stollen pc and ipad.

Last Monday 3 gun man broke in to my home. they took all my laptops and galaxy pad.  I am in the process of buying new equipment. just got a new galaxy pad. the problem is to install it back it ask to go thru payment again,.  I just but the mobile version 3 weeks ago. any chance there is a link to recover and down load the mobil version?

as for the destop I know there is a way and once I get a new one I will try it, but will really like to do something on the mobil
