Water volumes

I have been using Beer Smith for about a year now.  There are times when my recipe creation causes me to have way to much water in my recipe than I should have.  In general, there is a little too much water, but sometimes it's worse than others.  How do I change the grain to water ratio for my mash on Beer Smith?

Hi.
If you have too much water in the mash, you can just go to the mash profiles, copy one over to make your own mash profile and then edit it to change the water to grain ratio to create a custom mash profile.  Then you can use your profile anytime you wish by choosing it from within the recipe.

Cheers!
Brad
