HI
Within the Mash Profile of Brew Smith are a number of factors that I wonder should be changed to reflect brew day conditions.  Grain Weight, Grain Temperature etc come to mind.

If so, are there any other factors that need to be adjusted for brew day specific conditions?

Hi,
The grain weight should be in your recipe already, but in the mash profile the starting grain temperature and mash tun temperature are two items you might want to look at.  Also, its important to record your gravities and volumes in the "Brewhouse efficiency" button if you are interested in getting accurate efficiency numbers.  Finally the measured OG and FG are always good to have for the main page.  Later you want to record your actual fermentation schedule, temperatures, aging,  and bottling/kegging conditions.

That's about it!  I am thinking of adding additional "Session data" in a future version of BeerSmith.

Cheers!
Brad
