Exporting recipes to BCS

Any suggestions on how/if there is a way to export from Beersmith to BCS?

I'm using Beersmith2 and BCS 462 on firmware 4.0.
 
I know some people have exported files using BeerXML (which BeerSmith supports) and then read the BeerXML into their controller, but there is no direct interface I know of.
