Proper values for color and potential for quinoa and millet

Hello,
I'm new to BeerSmith, but not to brewing. I recently added a recipe for an agave wheat that features millet, quinoa, buckwheat and amaranth in the mash. I've managed to find color data for amaranth from a redditor in r/homebrewing. I'd like to ask if anyone here has the remaining data for the color and potential fields for adding these grains to BeerSmith2. BTW, the beer came out amazing, which is why I'd like to capture all the raw data I can. Thanks,
