Wort Souring Process

It'd be great to have a souring process segment in the brew steps.

A check box could be set up in the grain data box that allows it to be used as a souring addition.

Then a time variable can be specified, similar to dry hopping days, and the default cooking temperature of 50 deg cel/122 deg far, but also be adjustable.

The wort boiling process would continue on from there.

I'm currently using a feux hop to hold the place of a souring grain addition, and set it to first wort hop addition for 1440min per day, just so I can have something in the brew steps to represent the days I'm souring before the boil.
